From insight to implementation
Every session is designed to move from teaching to action.
You leave with a plan
A clear 90-day implementation direction for your ministry.
A first look at what Global Church Systems Conference 2026 is about — who it's for, what it does, and why it matters.
Three decades of tested, refined church systems — made accessible, adaptable, and transferable.
The Global Church Systems Conference (GCSC) 2026 is a two-day leadership gathering designed to help churches move from personality-driven growth to system-supported sustainability.
This conference is built on the systems that have sustained Daystar Christian Centre for over three decades. These systems have been developed, tested, and refined through real growth, across seasons of expansion, complexity, and increasing impact.
At the core is a strong biblical foundation — expressed through five purposeful pathways: Membership, Maturity, Ministry, Missions, and Worship. These pathways shape how people enter the church, grow, serve, and are sent.
The focus is not simply on gathering people, but on building strong, disciplined, and effective individuals who can live out their faith in practical ways. Church growth is not defined primarily by size, but by transformation.
A unified systems framework that helps leaders
understand how every part of the church connects.
Vision, doctrine, and values that guide all systems
Leadership structure, authority, and accountability
How people enter, grow, and remain connected
Developing leaders beyond the founder
Financial, administrative, and operational systems
Data, communication, and media systems
Expansion across campuses and structures
Continuity beyond a single leader
Every session follows a consistent rhythm: Teach → Reflect → Discuss → Share. Ideas are not just heard, they are processed and applied.
Participants are placed in curated table groups that function as reflection circles, discussion environments, and accountability units.
Participants work through organisational mapping and structured exercises to identify gaps in their current ministry systems.
Hands-on workshops where participants translate insights into practical steps for their specific church context.
You leave with a concrete, prioritised plan — not just inspiration, but a clear direction for implementation.
From systems architecture to operational implementation — structured for progressive depth.
Day One — 16 July
Day Two — 17 July
Founder & Senior Pastor, Daystar Christian Centre
Sam Adeyemi is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Daystar Christian Centre, one of Africa's most influential leadership-driven churches, widely recognised for its strong organisational systems, leadership culture, and sustained impact over the past three decades.
As the Convener and Visioneer of the Global Church Systems Conference, Pastor Sam brings a rare combination of spiritual leadership, systems thinking, organisational development, and practical ministry experience.
Under his leadership, Daystar evolved from a small gathering in 1995 into a thriving multi-dimensional ministry with a strong reputation for leadership development, people empowerment, operational excellence, and community impact.
Central to his ministry philosophy is the belief that healthy systems protect vision, strengthen people, and sustain growth. This conviction has shaped Daystar Christian Centre's operational framework and inspired systems that have been studied, adapted, and requested by churches and organisations within and outside Nigeria.
Pastor Sam is also the founder of the Daystar Leadership Academy, which has trained and graduated tens of thousands of leaders since 2002 through structured leadership and personal development programmes.
A respected global speaker and leadership strategist, he has spoken internationally on leadership, governance, transformation, and organisational culture, including at the Global Leadership Summit attended by leaders across more than 130 countries.
His teaching consistently emphasises that church growth is not merely about increasing numbers, but about building people, developing leaders, and creating systems that enable sustainable impact across generations.
Master's in Leadership Studies — University of Exeter, United Kingdom
Doctorate in Strategic Leadership — Regent University, Virginia, USA
At GCSC 2026, he will guide participants through the foundational principles, leadership philosophies, and ministry systems that have shaped the Daystar experience and influenced churches, leaders, and institutions worldwide.
Co-Founder, Daystar Christian Centre & Faculty, GCSC
Nike Adeyemi is a Pastor, leadership coach, family life advocate, and Co-Founder of Daystar Christian Centre, where she has played a central role in building the people, care, and community systems that have helped sustain the ministry's growth and impact for over three decades.
As part of the pioneering leadership team of Daystar, Pastor Nike has contributed significantly to shaping the church's culture of discipleship, volunteer engagement, pastoral care, leadership development, and family-centred ministry. Her work reflects a deep conviction that strong ministries are built not only through vision and structure, but through healthy people and intentional community.
At the Global Church Systems Conference, she brings practical insight into the human side of sustainable ministry systems — particularly in people development, care structures, emotional health, volunteer culture, and leadership sustainability.
Known for her clarity, warmth, and transformational teaching style, Pastor Nike has spent decades mentoring women, families, young leaders, and emerging ministry teams. Through conferences, mentorship initiatives, media platforms, and counselling interventions, she has helped thousands navigate leadership, relationships, parenting, and personal growth.
She is the Founder of Real Woman Foundation, an initiative committed to empowering women and strengthening families through education, mentorship, advocacy, and social intervention programmes. Through this platform, she has championed initiatives addressing family health, youth development, maternal care, and vulnerable communities.
Pastor Nike is also widely respected for helping build systems that foster belonging, retention, and pastoral support within large and growing church communities. Her ministry philosophy emphasises that growth must never come at the expense of people, and that structure should ultimately serve transformation, care, and spiritual maturity.
Together with Sam Adeyemi, she has helped shape Daystar Christian Centre into a leadership-driven ministry recognised for its balance of spiritual depth, organisational clarity, and people-centred culture.
At GCSC 2026, Pastor Nike Adeyemi will bring valuable perspectives on building healthy ministry cultures, strengthening people systems, and sustaining growth through intentional leadership and care.
This conference is for those responsible for growth, structure, and continuity — not observers, but stewards.
